Bursting with energy and artistry, participants are in full swing for the third set of events on Day 1 of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) 2025 this afternoon, November 23, at Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga.

Simultaneously, violinists captivate the audience at the Audio-Visual Center, while the University Covered Court comes alive with creativity as delegates compete in the Photo Contest, Painting, and Poster Making events.

Meanwhile, the Standard Chorale contestants fill the Multi-Purpose Center with their powerful and harmonious voices.

The delegates continue to impress with their skills keeping the venues vibrant as they aim for the winning titles.
