Resonance and Rhythm

Commanding the stage with every note and step, contestants across different State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) from Region III enchant the crowd as Classical Guitar and Street Dance competitions of the Regional Culture and the Arts Festival (RCAF) 2025 are currently being held this morning, November 23.

Originally scheduled to run simultaneously, classical guitar performances are already underway at the Audio-Visual Center, while the street dance competition at the Multi-Purpose Center experienced a delayed start.

Both competitions continue with delegates performing before judges and audience members at Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga.
