Igniting the first creative spark of the Regional Culture and Arts Festival (RCAF) 2025, delegates across State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) of Region III are now showcasing their talent as the Banduria, Pencil Drawing, Charcoal Rendering, and Contemporary Dance competitions kick off the Day 1 of the event.

A total of 10 contestants are competing in Banduria, while 13 in Pencil Drawing, 12 in Charcoal Rendering, and 9 groups in Contemporary Dance.
